"Stairs aren't a thing anymore"

Had pretty much accepted my knees were on the way out. Bought this because my wife kept nagging me about my afternoon slumps, not for the joints. A month in and I caught myself jogging up to the second floor at work the other day. Hadn't done that in probably 5 years. Energy is way better too but the joint thing is what shocked me.
